On Saturday morning, we went to Emerson's preschool for Breakfast with Santa. It was great!! Emerson L-O-V-E-D the activities (making reindeer food, decorating a Christmas mug, coloring, and playing with playdough) and the breakfast (Chick-fil-A biscuits, bagels, and his very favorite - donuts). He was NOT so thrilled about getting close to Santa. In fact, he was the first screamer of the day, and his first words after walking away were, "Phew, ALL DONE!"
A few minutes later, Emerson changed his mind. He said that he liked Santa and that Santa was his friend. So...we decided to drive to Reynolda Village (while E was all dressed up) to see if we could get some Santa pictures with a smile. NOPE!!
What Emerson did LOVE about Santa was the fact that he gave away candy canes at both locations!!!
