Busted!!!

Emerson had another playground accident.  While running around playing, he tripped, fell face-first onto a concrete walkway, and busted his upper lip.

It bled like crazy and Erin rushed Emerson to Prime Care, but luckily he didn't have to get stitches.

A few days later, as it was beginning to scab and heal, I accidently ripped it off while putting on his jammies.  Again, it bled like crazy and he also went crazy.  Come to find out, that actually helped speed up the healing process, and it was nearly gone in a day or two.  (Duh - I meant to do it)

Some of the pics above/below actually look worse because of the oatmeal caught on his wound, but I have to admit, it was pretty bad.
