Angel Breakfast 2011
Last weekend, Brian and Emerson went to an Angel Breakfast at church. Here are some pics showing what a great time they had!!

Emerson and Santa...
On Saturday morning, we went to Emerson's preschool for Breakfast with Santa. It was great!! Emerson L-O-V-E-D the activities (making reindeer food, decorating a Christmas mug, coloring, and playing with playdough) and the breakfast (Chick-fil-A biscuits, bagels, and his very favorite - donuts). He was NOT so thrilled about getting close to Santa. In fact, he was the first screamer of the day, and his first words after walking away were, "Phew, ALL DONE!"
A few minutes later, Emerson changed his mind. He said that he liked Santa and that Santa was his friend. So...we decided to drive to Reynolda Village (while E was all dressed up) to see if we could get some Santa pictures with a smile. NOPE!!
What Emerson did LOVE about Santa was the fact that he gave away candy canes at both locations!!!

So...I've definitely been looking forward to all of the Christmas decorations Emerson will be making at church, preschool, and the other Christmas festivities we'll be attending.

Go Heels!!
Emerson went to his first Tarheel basketball game last week, and HE LOVED IT!!!!
He loved watching the basketball players shoot hoops and the marching band bang the drums, but I think his favorite part was looking for Rameses all over the Dean Dome!!
