Happy Birthday Brian!!

I've definitely got a lot of catching up to do...but I wanted to be on time with at least one of my posts...

TODAY is Brian's 32nd birthday!!

Happy Birthday, Bri!! We love you lots!!

On a side note, Brian is celebrating his birthday month a bit differently this year...He's growing a mustache "for the kids"!!

It sounds creepy, I know. But, in fact, it's really cool. He's joined a fundraiser called Mustache for Kids to support the NC Children's Hospital in Chapel Hill. So far, he's raised about $700. If any of you are interested in supporting him, here's how:

1. Go to this link - http://www.raleighm4k.com/
2. Click on ‘Click to Donate’ on the right side of the screen
3. Click on ‘Sponsor Grower’ on the left side of the screen
4. Search by my last name (Amrich)
5. Click on my name (Brian Amrich)
6. Donate $$$

Check out his progress.

Birthday Party

We had a great time at Emerson's birthday party...family, friends, hot dogs, hamburgers, and a dinosauer cake!! Sadly, Brian and I were running around like crazy and didn't take any pictures. Here are a few that Gigi sent! (Thanks Gig!)

Emerson is 2!!!!

Our little guy turned 2 last month on October 6. I still can't believe it. Brian took off work, and we celebrated as a family at a local park.

We love you bud!!

Happy Bow Tie Tuesday

Brian wears a bow tie to work every Tuesday. Today, Emerson wanted to join in the festivities, and at breakfast he told me, "I got a bow tie JUST LIKE DAD!"

First Day of Preschool

I can hardly believe it, but today was Emerson's first day of preschool. I definitely shed a few tears after I dropped him off with his teachers. How can my baby be old enough for preschool?

Hockey

Emerson couldn't put down the hockey stick last weekend at Gigi and Poppy's house. Perhaps we should have stayed in the Midwest?
